Fee Charged for processing an application, Follow-ups, research of security value, and evaluation of Financials. The charge is time-based depending on the complexity, Identity, and structure of the bowers and Guarantors of the borrowers and includes Credit Agency searches.
Secured Signing Fee

Additional Fee charged per borrower covering the process and execution of documentation digitally by YFL staff. Creating, uploading, interacting with the customer, and post-signing processing.
