| Establishment Fee on Credit Agreements for Unsecured Personal Loans | $200.00 | Fee charged for a single borrower covering the process of getting the application, assessing the application, direct costs incurred in support of the application, Interview and communication with the borrower, processing, auditing, pay-out, and making the loan active. | ||||||
| Establishment Fee on Credit Agreements for Secured Personal Loans | $240.00 | Fee charged for a single borrower covering the process of getting the application, assessing the application, direct costs incurred in support of the application, Interview and communication with the borrower, research of security value, processing, auditing, pay-out, and making the loan active. | ||||||
| Additional Borrowers or Guarantors | $50.00 | Extra charge for the extra time, direct costs, and processing of an additional borrower or guarantor on all loan types. Added to the establishment fee for every extra person. | ||||||
| Secured Signing Fee | $50.00 | Additional Fee charged per borrower covering the process and execution of documentation digitally by YFL staff. Creating, uploading, interacting with the customer, and post-signing processing. | ||||||
| PPSR | $23.00 | Includes searches on up to 2 borrowers registration of Financing Statements Charged during creation of Agreement. | ||||||

| Establishment Fee Commercial Lending (BL) | $500.00 minimum charge | Fee Charged for processing an application, Follow-ups, research of security value, and evaluation of Financials. The charge is time-based depending on the complexity, Identity, and structure of the bowers and Guarantors of the borrowers and includes Credit Agency searches. | ||||||||||||
