These Terms and Conditions relate to Rugby Madness Promotion (the “Promotion”) being the entry into a draw upon the drawdown of a loan from Yes Finance.
The promotion is run by Yes Finance Limited.
HOW TO ENTER
- The Promotion begins at 12.00am on Monday 19th August, 2019 and ends at close of business (5.00pm) 24th October 2019 (the “Promotion Period”)
- The Promotion is open to all customers of Yes Finance who have a completed a loan drawdown for the loan amount (excluding fees and charges) of $1,500.00 or greater.
- Customers who make a qualifying drawdown will be automatically entered into the Draw.
- One entry per loan drawdown
- Drawdowns that are subsequently cancelled will not be entered into the Draw.
- All loans are subject to YES Finances standard approval and criteria.
- This Promotion is only open to individuals who:
- are resident in New Zealand, and
- are 18 years or older at the start of the Promotion, and
- are not employees or Yes Finance or
- are not a spouse or otherwise related to such an employee.
THE PRIZE
There is one prize, an All Black RWC 2019 jersey (size large) to be won at the end of the Promotion Period (the “Prize”). The Prize is not exchangeable and cannot be taken for cash.
The prize will be sent to the main customer by courier on the next working day after the end of the promotion

Interest Rates
Yes Finance interest rates vary from 14.9% p.a. to 29.9% p.a., and the actual rate charged will depend on many factors including the amount of lending, the term of the loan, size of deposit, customer credit history and risk profile.
Term of the loan
Yes Finance loans are generally on terms from one to three years. We will work with you to set a term that suits you and your budget.
Fees
An establishment fee of $350 (for up to two borrowers) is charged for processing the application.

Sample Loan
If you borrow $3,000 over a term of 24 months at an interest rate of 15.95% p.a. you will end up repaying $4,074.72 inclusive of all fees and interest.
